What is 50/70?
The "50/70" name refers to the field dimensions used in this division, which are larger than the standard Little League (Majors) field:
Pitching Distance: 50 feet (compared to 46 feet in Majors).
Base Paths: 70 feet (compared to 60 feet in Majors).
Rules
This division introduces "Real Baseball" rules to prepare players for Junior and Senior League play

Stealing: Runners may attempt to steal at any time, including on the pitcher's delivery
Pick-offs: Pitchers can attempt to pick runners off at any base.
On-Deck Batters: On-deck batters are permitted, which is not allowed in the younger divisions
